We had one of the best reunions this year!! Janice Cutchin, our Vice-President (now President) really stepped up after the unexpected passing of our President, Nathan C. Vail III. She organized a great dinner and with the help of our secretary, Holly Scarborough, hosted a great reunion. George Haislip, our Family Historian, made the reunion extra-special with his efforts (initiated by Vail Hope Ellis) to get a North Carolina historical highway marker, honoring Brigadier General Edward Vail, awarded. He also set up a great tour at the reunion to highlight the life of B/Gen. Edward Vail. Here are the photos....
