Costs and Registration

As you can see from the Agenda, we have many exciting events planned for your added pleasure. Please try to come on Friday morning for special events offered, prior to the Hotel check-in that afternoon.

The trolley tour will be a wonderful opportunity to see New Bern, as well as the Clermont Plantation Cemetery on Madam Moore Lane. The cemetery is close to a busy highway with difficult access, due to the heavy traffic and very limited parking, so it is desirable for our group to travel together by trolley.  The cost of the trolley is $17.00 per person, based on 32 people. You must   pre-register NOW, so we can reserve the trolley; however, you can pay when you register at the reunion on Friday afternoon.

The cost of the meal at the Chelsea is $35.00 which is all inclusive; buffet meal, tip and tax. Please pre-register in Advance; but payment can be made at Friday afternoon sign-in. The Chelsea is highly recommended and located at 335 Middle Street in New Bern.

The Meet & Greet Happy Hour on Friday evening will consist of heavy hors doeuvres and beverage (non-alcoholic) for those that may not wish to go out for dinner after arriving. You may BYOB, if desired.  There are several excellent restaurants in the area, which are listed in your handbook.

 Dinner Program

We are very excited about our dinner speakers, Gay Vail Davenport and George Haislip, and the new research they will present in their program, focusing on the Vail/Lillington women of the Albemarle .  They have some amazing connections to reveal.

   Congratulations!!!!!!

We are proud to announce the recent acceptance of Holly Harris Scarborough and Sandy Myers Hawley into the Daughters of the American Revolution, Tea Party Chapter of Edenton, NC.

Also, George Haislip is a new member of the Sons of American Revolution, Albemarle Chapter, Edenton.
